We specialise in capturing conferences, trade shows & exhibitions and awards events ensuring you have stunning content for every occasion.

Provide us with a run down or sequence of events and any specifics images you need and together we'll plan our time down to the minute or, on your request, we can take a more 'as it happens' approach if your event is likely to be more unpredictable and spontaneous.

We'll confirm every detail with you and ask you to sign-off 'the plan' before the event. If that changes the day before or even on the morning that's fine, we'll just ask for an updated schedule.

Need staff headshots while we're there? That's fine, just let us know before the day so we can bring and set up the appropriate equipment.

If you're planning a larger event with multiple locations, halls or rooms, consider adding a second photographer or digital tech for comprehensive coverage and/or immediate return of images. ​​

We hope to take the mystery out of costs and be transparent about our pricing.

​A single photographer costs from £575 for half-day coverage (4 hours) and

from £945 for full-day coverage (8 hours)*.

For this you'll get an inbox full of content licensed to use on your social media feeds as well as your PR and marketing pieces.

Depending on location or operational needs you'll typically get Rich for the Midlands & the north and Darren for Sussex heading north and the bit in the middle could be either of us.

*Extra time, urgent return of content, extra crew & out of pocket expenses cost extra.

Some locations and venues may incur higher rates and/or travel charges.
